Irrawaddy dolphins under threat from electrofishing

Southeast Asia's Irrawaddy dolphin is under threat.

There are only 6,000 Irrawaddy dolphins left in the world.

Fishing by electrocution is causing many of them to drown and deforestation is destroying their habitat.

One effort underway to raise awareness of the threat to dolphins...through tourism.
